Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and control mining operations to meet production targets while ensuring safety standards.
- Supervise shift activities, monitor equipment performance, and optimize conveyor belt utilization.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Manage manpower effectively by allocating tasks and monitoring productivity.
- Coordinate with geologists to develop mine plans and schedules.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution (any specialization).
- Robust understanding of minerals, metal, and iron ore mining processes; knowledge of plant operations and operation maintenance is essential.
- 7-10 years of experience in iron ore mining or related field (operations management).
