Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, commissioning, testing, and servicing of solar inverters at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot inverter, PCB, electrical, and system-related faults.
- Attend customer complaints and service calls within the assigned territory.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of installed systems.
- Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues related to wiring, earthing, protection systems, and inverter performance.
- Replace faulty components and coordinate with the technical/R&D; team for complex issues.
- Maintain proper service reports, visit reports, fault analysis reports, and closure records.
- Provide technical guidance to customers, dealers, and installation teams.
- Coordinate with the Service Backend, Sales, and Technical Support teams for timely resolution of complaints.
- Ensure proper handling of company tools, testing equipment, spare parts, and materials.




- Travel extensively within Nagpur and nearby locations as required for service activities.
- Provide feedback regarding recurring product issues and suggest corrective actions.
- Follow company safety procedures and ensure secure working practices at customer sites.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in field service, solar inverters, power electronics, UPS, electrical equipment, or a similar industry.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, solar PV systems, inverters, and basic electronics.

Location: Nagpur , Chandrapur ,Vardha

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
