Job Description Placement
Role: Placement Department: BFSI Sector Skill Council of India
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Coordination: Engage with candidates to understand their career aspirations and provide guidance on opportunities within the BFSI sector.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate candidate profiles, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist applicants based on job requirements and employer expectations.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate information, placement status, and employer feedback.
- Employer Engagement: Build and sustain relationships with BFSI organizations to identify placement opportunities and align candidate skills with industry needs.
- Placement Activities: Organize and participate in job fairs, campus drives, recruitment events, and industry networking sessions.
- Training & Job Readiness: Collaborate with trainers to deliver employability skills, interview preparation, and soft skills training to ensure candidates are job-ready.
- Career Counselling:



Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to guide candidates on career paths, skill development, and growth opportunities.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on placement activities, success rates, and employer satisfaction to support continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure placement processes adhere to organizational policies, industry standards, and ethical practices.
- Feedback Mechanism: Collect feedback from employers and candidates to refine placement strategies and improve outcomes.

Key Skills:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with candidates and Organization Human Resources Team.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, counsel candidates, and maintain qualified relationships with industry partners.
