Job Role IT Asset Lead

Location: Mumbai
Experience: Min 5 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, laptops, desktops, and other IT assets.
- Ensure timely allocation and recovery of IT assets from employees.
- Monitor asset movements, transfers, replacements, and decommissioning.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, warranty, and AMC-related activities.
- Maintain asset records and prepare regular inventory and compliance reports.
- Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of assets.
- Ensure compliance with IT asset management policies and processes.
- Identify gaps, discrepancies, and risks related to asset management and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with IT, HR, Admin, Finance,



and other stakeholders for asset-related activities.
- Lead and guide the asset management team and ensure timely resolution of asset-related requests.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management.
- Robust knowledge of IT hardware and software asset lifecycle.
- Experience with asset inventory and tracking tools.
- Good understanding of procurement, warranty, AMC, and vendor management.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and asset management systems.
- Ability to manage teams and handle multiple activities independently.
