- Problem Solving: Resolve equipment malfunctions, material delays, or workflow jams quickly.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure workers use proper safety gear and follow factory rules.
- Reporting: Log daily production numbers, efficiency rates, and attendance records for managers.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years working in an apparel or textile manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Robust knowledge of industrial sewing, line balancing, and basic troubleshooting.
