Identify and develop current business opportunities across transportation, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain service offerings.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, industry networking, market mapping, and digital/business channels.
- Meet prospective clients to understand freight movement patterns, service requirements, volume potential, and pricing expectations.
- Prepare and present service proposals, rate quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed business by negotiating commercial terms within approved pricing and credit guidelines.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business, account growth, and service retention.
- Coordinate with operations, fleet, warehouse, finance,



and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of customer accounts.
- Track customer requirements, shipment trends, service issues, and competitor activities to support sales planning and market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM or sales tracking systems for leads, pipeline status, customer visits, quotations, closures, and collections follow-up.
- Support payment recovery and coordination with finance to ensure timely collections and adherence to agreed credit terms.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve commercial or service-related concerns through timely internal escalation and follow-up.
- Achieve assigned sales targets in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans.
