- Act as the bridge between management and employees, focusing on acquiring and retaining fast-paced creative talent.
- Evaluate portfolios, trial assignments, and conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, workstation/software setup, and workflow orientation for new hires.
- Monitor 90day probation performance reviews and feedback.
- Manage agency deadline stress and prevent burnout through team activities and wellness checks.
- Track daily attendance, leave requests, and hybrid or remote work schedules.
- Assist finance with monthly payroll, bonuses, and commission processing.
- Draft and enforce company policies, remote work guidelines, and client-confidentiality NDAs.
- Apply strong soft skills in empathy, negotiation, conflict resolution, and understanding digital marketing jargon.
- Grow from HR Executive to Senior HR/Recruiter, HR Manager, and eventually Head of HR.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
