Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the joining process.
- Meet recruitment targets and timelines while maintaining quality of hires.
- Handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously in a quick-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Maintain regular recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
