Job Title: Logistics & Transport Executive

Job Responsibilities

* Track and monitor vehicles/trucks and maintain regular updates on their movement.

* Manage day-to-day transportation and logistics operations.

* Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and internal teams for vehicle requirements.

* Check and verify vehicle bills and ensure any required changes or corrections are completed.

* Maintain proper records of vehicles, trips, transporters, and bills.

* Arrange and hire trucks as per business requirements.

* Identify and onboard reliable truck owners and transporters from different areas.

* Coordinate with new transporters regarding rates, documents, and onboarding.

* Follow up with drivers and transporters regarding vehicle availability, loading, delivery, and trip status.

* Handle and resolve day-to-day transport-related issues.





* Maintain basic reports related to vehicle tracking, hiring, bills, and transportation.

* Ensure smooth and timely movement of vehicles and materials.

* Perform other logistics and transport-related activities as required.

Required Skills

* Positive communication and coordination skills.

* Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

* Ability to manage multiple vehicles and transporters.

* Good negotiation and vendor-handling skills.

* Attention to detail while checking bills and maintaining records.

* Ability to coordinate with transporters and drivers from different locations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
