Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Stipend: 15,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday + All Sundays
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Handle bulk hiring and sales hiring across multiple locations.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Work on hiring for Therapists, Dentists, Sales roles, and other retail positions.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls with potential candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate data, recruitment trackers, and MIS.
- Support the TA team in achieving hiring targets and closure timelines.
