Purpose/Objective

This role is responsible for overseeing the organization's legal proceedings by handling both regulatoty and non regulatory litigation.
The role involves direct management of civil litigations, response to regulatory challenges, and coordination with various business units to support the company's legal position.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Lead Litigation Notice Management: Draft initial legal notices and coordinate comprehensively with business functions to gather factual backgrounds upon receipt of notices.
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure coherent and informed responses to legal notices while adhering to established protocols.
Advice and consult business teams on the issuance of notices to ensure compliance with legal standards and corporate policies.
Regulatory Litigation Management: Oversee the documentation for all regulatory litigation cases.
Assess the implications of regulatory litigation outcomes on the organization's operations and strategize the pursuit of appellate remedies or settlements.




Ensure detailed preparation and submission of regulatory petitions, liaising with advocates to represent the company's regulatory interests effectively.
Non-Regulatory Litigation Management: Assess the implications of non-regulatory litigation outcomes to determine appropriate follow-up actions, including potential appeals or alternative dispute resolution methods.
Brief external counsel and aid in preparation and management of responses to legal challenges.
Compile and maintain comprehensive documentation for all legal proceedings.
Assist law firms by supplying relevant data and insights for non regulatory litigation cases.
Provide support in court sessions, offering legal advice and strategies to representative business teams.
Evaluate the results of legal proceedings to assess the merit and strategic value of initiating appellate action.
