About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sourcing Manager to drive lead generation, customer sourcing, and business development for our premium/high-ticket residential real estate projects in Thane.

The ideal candidate should have a strong network, excellent knowledge of the Thane real estate market, and proven experience in sourcing high-value customers and generating qualified leads for premium residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for sourcing qualified leads for premium and high-ticket residential projects.
- Generate leads through direct sourcing, references, databases, digital channels, networking, corporate tie-ups, and other sourcing avenues.
- Build and maintain a strong network of HNI/UHNI clients, investors, channel partners,



brokers, and corporate professionals.
- Identify and develop new customer acquisition channels for high-value residential properties.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, investment objectives, and property preferences.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of qualified leads into site visits and bookings.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers for referrals and repeat business.
- Develop strategic relationships with Channel Partners / Property Consultants to increase lead generation.
- Regularly monitor sourcing performance, lead quality, site visits, conversions, and booking closures.
- Track market trends, competitor projects, pricing, customer preferences, and upcoming developments in Thane.
