Key Requirements – Lead Software Engineer – UI / Frontend

Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of Frontend/UI development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in React.js + Redux
- Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Strong HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, Flexbox & Grid
- Node.js experience for backend services/tooling
- Experience designing scalable frontend architecture
- Strong experience with REST APIs / GraphQL and microservices integration
- Experience with JWT/OAuth authentication
- Solid knowledge of Webpack, Babel, Vite or similar build tools
- Experience with performance optimization, debugging and troubleshooting

Leadership / Functional Requirements
- Lead and mentor frontend engineers
- Own frontend architecture and technical decisions
- Collaborate with Product, UX and Backend teams
- Participate in design discussions, estimation and Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Drive code quality, scalability, accessibility and performance
