Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresher Transfer Pricing Analyst based in the Pune Division. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting senior team members in research on tax and transfer pricing regulations, preparing arm’s length analyses, and organizing data for assessments and appellate proceedings. The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather information, maintaining accurate records,



and contributing to client deliverables within defined timelines.

Qualifications

· Perform margin benchmarking analyses on transfer pricing databases (including taking database extracts, qualitatively comparing companies identified in the extract with a client's profile to determine if they are comparable, computing profit levels in the set of selected comparables to determine an arm's length range of profits)
- Perform royalty and interest benchmarking analyses
- Prepare industry overviews for various clients' broader industries
- Prepare documentation reports, planning reports and other deliverables

Skills-
- must have solid written and spoken communication skills
- should be proficient in MS Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- should be quick learner, flexible and ready to take initiative
