Pegasystems is seeking a Lead Cloud Delivery Specialist (LCDS) to play a key hands onleadership role within the Cloud Acceleration Group (CAG). This is a senior,client facingposition responsible for leading complex cloud implementations, supporting successful client outcomes on Pega Cloud, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Pegas cloud delivery practices.

As a Lead, you will act as a trusted technical partner to clients, ago toescalationpointwithin delivery teams, and a strong collaborator with Consulting, Cloud Advisory, and Client Success . This role isdelivery focusedandimpact driven, balancing process-oriented execution excellence with thoughtful guidance and mentoring.
