Role Description
The Front Desk Staff role at Nucleon Health is a full-time remote position responsible for serving as the first point of contact for clients and partners. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. The Front Desk Staff will provide courteous customer service, assist with basic questions about services, and help guide individuals through initial steps related to insurance claims. This role also involves maintaining accurate records,



updating digital files, and using computer systems to log interactions and track requests. The individual in this role will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and consistent communication.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
- Experience with front desk operations such as Receptionist Duties and managing inquiries.
- Proficient Phone Etiquette, with the ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently.
- Solid Computer Literacy, including comfort with email, online scheduling tools, and basic data entry.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail when documenting interactions and updating records.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or administrative support is preferred but not req
