Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customers' matrimonial requirements, preferences, and expectations.
- Explain matrimonial packages, membership plans, and services clearly.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to convert enquiries into paid memberships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers and identify opportunities for upgrades or renewals.
- Build trust and maintain qualified relationships with customers and families.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the matchmaking/relationship management team to ensure smooth customer service.
- Generate referrals and repeat business through strong customer relationships.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling personal and matrimonial information.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
