Social Media Manager
who can take complete ownership of our social media presence and drive
organic brand growth
through creative content, strong storytelling and data-driven strategy.

“What should we post?”

“Why will people stop scrolling for this?”

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the overall
organic social media strategy
across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Own the complete social media content calendar and ensure consistent execution.
- Develop content pillars, campaigns, themes and platform-specific strategies.
- Lead ideation for
Reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories,



static content and campaigns
.
- Identify emerging trends, formats, conversations and opportunities that can be adapted to the brand.
- Develop creative hooks, captions, CTAs and storytelling concepts that drive engagement.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, copywriters and other creative teams to execute content.
- Build and execute strategies for
organic reach, engagement, community building and follower growth
.
- Analyse content performance and use insights to continuously improve the social media strategy.
- Track metrics such as reach, engagement, shares, saves, watch time, follower growth and overall content performance.
- Conduct competitor, audience and industry research to identify new content and growth opportunities.
- Manage the brand's social media presence, tone of voice and content consistency.
- Plan and execute organic campaigns around product launches, events and brand initiatives.
