Role Overview :

We have an exciting role of OGS Delivery Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of business operations and services in a highly staff augmentation offshore model. This role involves managing offshore teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maintaining high standards of performance and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders for operational status (e.g. Hiring, allocation, onboarding), people-related issues.
- Coordinate between agency and BSS teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Managing hiring and allocation of resources to project / process.
- Address and resolve process escalations and work on RCA to avoid future occurrences.
- Conduct regular weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cadence with agency partners to understand process efficiency, a
