Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Facility Executive / Facility Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day facility operations for a reputed healthcare organization. The candidate should have strong knowledge of facility management, team supervision, vendor coordination, and healthcare facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of the premises.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other facility service teams.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and service-quality standards.
- Attend to facility-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain facility records, checklists, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address operational requirements.
- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety procedures,



and healthcare facility standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Support emergency situations and ensure proper escalation and coordination.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Facility Management.
- Experience in the healthcare industry/hospital environment preferred.
- Strong experience in supervision and team handling.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance, security, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple operational activities and work under pressure.
- Solid problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office and facility-related reporting.

Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, hotels, or large commercial facilities will be preferred.
