Admission Manager

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Job Summary

We are seeking a result-driven Admission Manager to handle student enrollment, manage admissions, increase conversions, and build strong relationships with parents and prospective students.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end admission process (inquiry → counseling → enrollment)
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries from parents/students
- Conduct school presentations, campus tours, and counseling sessions
- Achieve admission targets and conversion ratios
- Coordinate with academic & marketing teams for campaigns
- Organize admission drives, events, and seminars
- Prepare daily / weekly admission reports

Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years experience in admissions / sales / counseling
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel & CRM tools
- Target-driven and proactive approach
