Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Handle field sourcing activities as required.
- Maintain candidate details and follow up with candidates regularly.
- Support the HR team in achieving manpower requirements.
Requirements
- Maximum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment/sourcing.
- Candidates with more than 1 year of experience are not eligible.
- Must be willing to do field work.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
- Positive communication and follow-up skills.
