About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales for our Solar EPC.

The ideal candidate should be confident in customer handling, lead conversion, field sales, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for solar plants.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals (will be provided from back office).
- Maintain regular follow-ups until deal closure.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales updates in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in marketing campaigns,



exhibitions, local promotions, and business-development activities.

Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, electrical, construction, real estate, or related industries.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer-handling ability.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
