The resource will lead Oracle Agile PLM-related software engineering initiatives, provide technical leadership, drive architecture and development standards, mentor team members, and collaborate across multiple teams to deliver business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Agile PLM
- Lead and manage development teams
- Make technical and team-level decisions
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams
- Establish and enforce development standards
- Provide technical solutions across teams
- Mentor junior team members
- Ensure quality and consistency in software delivery.
Solid understanding of:
o Software architecture and design principles
o Scalable and maintainable application development
o Technical problem solving and issue resolution
o Version control and CI processes
o Team leadership and stakeholder management.
