Role & responsibilities

1. Marketing Material Management
- Coordinate the design, production, and procurement of service marketing materials such as standees, posters, danglers, digital creatives, brochures, and branding assets.
- Ensure marketing collateral aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Maintain inventory and distribution records of all marketing materials.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, printers, and vendors for timely production and delivery.

2. Campaign Implementation
- Execute service marketing campaigns across Social platforms and Service Center's.
- Ensure timely alignment of branding elements, promotional materials, and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, regional teams and service centers for smooth campaign rollout.
- Conduct implementation audits to ensure branding standards are maintained.
- Support the launch of seasonal campaigns, service promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with production agencies, event vendors, and other stake holders




- Track production schedules and launch timelines.
- Resolve implementation issues to ensure campaigns go live as planned.

4. Monitoring & Effectiveness
- Monitor campaign execution
- Track campaign performance against predefined KPIs.
- Collect feedback from relevant channels on campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze customer participation and engagement in promotional activities.
- Recommend improvements for future campaigns based on performance insights.

6. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare campaign calendars and execution plans.
- Maintain records of campaign implementation across all locations.
- Publish weekly and monthly reports covering:
- Campaign implementation status
- Online / Regional execution progress
- Budget utilization
- Campaign effectiveness
- Action items and closure status
