Job Title: Business Analyst

Experience:6 months to – 2 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves understanding business needs, documenting requirements clearly, supporting solution design, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through discussions, workshops, and stakeholder interactions

Prepare clear documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams

Collaborate closely with product, development, QA, and project management teams

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams

Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT coordination, and requirement clarifications

Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies and communicate them proactively

Assist in change impact analysis and requirement change management

Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and client expectations

Required Skills & Competencies:





Robust understanding of business analysis processes and SDLC / Agile methodologies

Ability to write clear, structured, and unambiguous requirements

Experience working with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams

Basic to intermediate knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar

Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

6 months to – 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role

Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments

Experience working on client-facing or delivery-focused projects

Domain knowledge (IT, SaaS, XR, E-commerce, or relevant industry) is a plus
