We are looking for skilled and motivated L1 & L2 IT Support / Hardware Engineers to join our technical support team. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing in office/remote technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other IT hardware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network, and connectivity-related issues.
- Perform hardware installation, configuration, replacement, and preventive maintenance.
- Install and troubleshoot Windows OS, drivers, applications, and system utilities.
- Handle incident tickets and service requests within defined SLA/TAT.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, parts replacement, and resolution.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, DNS, and connectivity issues.




- Support users with system configuration, application issues, and basic IT-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Ensure proper follow-up and timely closure of assigned tickets.
- Maintain IT assets and update asset/inventory records when required.
- Follow company IT policies, security guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
