Job Purpose

Designing and driving strategic Talent Management and Learning initiatives that align with the overarching business strategy goals. This role is pivotal in fostering a high-performance culture, identifying and developing high-potential talent, and ensuring the workforce is equipped with the critical skills required to meet current and future business demands in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Talent & Capability Strategy Working closely with the functional teams to create the capability strategy for the function.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify current and future capability gaps, conduct Training needs analyses across functions and design targeted learning interventions.
- Establish mechanisms to measure the effectiveness, impact and ROI of talent and learning initiatives through metrics like learner feedback and business outcome.




- Identify and adopt external and internal best practices in capability development and management.
- Creation of role-wise learning paths/ learning journeys/ learning curriculums
- Create and manage dashboards, MIS to ensure robust governance
- Overall management of the Circle L&D; Budget

Training design and delivery - Delivery of programs designed for national rollouts.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the National Learning Academies across functions.
- Lead the design and delivery of learning programs for national and circle rollouts.
- Create and curate bespoke content based on business and functional requirements.
- Design interventions using contemporary principles of instructional design.
- Identify and partner with internal facilitators, subject matter expert and learning partners within the circle for training delivery.
- Drive digital learning interventions through assigning and driving closure of E-Learning courses
