Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on, highly data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to serve as an Individual Contributor (IC). You will own campaign strategy, execution, creative analysis, and funnel optimization from scratch. Beyond core ad platforms (Google & Meta), you will drive remarketing engines, automated multi-channel communication, and secondary channels to lower acquisition costs and scale growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-On Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and manage performance campaigns end-to-end on Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Lead Ads, Custom/Lookalike Audiences, CAPI).

Alternative Channel Expansion: Test and scale campaigns on platforms beyond Google & Meta (e.g., Affiliate/DSA Networks, Native Ads, Quora, or regional ad networks).

Remarketing Strategy: Design sequential retargeting campaigns across paid media to re-engage dropped-off leads and drive funnel progression.

Automated Communication: Set up and manage automated retention/nurture flows across WhatsApp, Email, SMS,



and Push Notifications to increase speed-to-contact and lead qualification rates. Creative Analysis & Testing: Analyze creative performance metrics (hook rates, angles, messaging fatigue, ad formats) to generate data-backed briefs for design and content teams.

Data & Funnel Optimization: Maintain a relentless data-driven approachtracking CPL, CPA, CAC, and conversion rates across CRM/GA4 dashboards to optimize budget allocation.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years of direct, hands-on campaign management experience with full ownership of ad spend.

Core Expertise: Deep proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and CRM integrations.

Retargeting & Automation: Proven track record in executing remarketing campaigns and marketing automation tools (e.g., WhatsApp API, Email/SMS automation, CEPs).

Multi-Channel Exposure: Prior experience running ads on secondary networks outside the Google/Meta duopoly
