Role Overview (60% Recruitment / 40% HR Operations)

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and branch HR operations, partnering with business leaders to meet hiring needs while ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, technical, operations, warehouse, and corporate roles.
- Partner with hiring managers on JDs, sourcing strategy, and hiring plans.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, campuses, consultants, and hiring drives.
- Build talent pipelines and manage bulk/lateral hiring.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
- Manage onboarding, induction, HRMS, employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and exits/F&F.;
- Support PF, ESI, labour-law compliance, audits,



and HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, performance cycles, and HR policy implementation.

Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in hands-on recruitment.
- Experience in lateral/bulk hiring, preferably in industrial, B2B, retail, electrical, or sales-driven environments.
- Positive exposure to HR operations, HRMS, PF/ESI, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience hiring for sales, engineering/technical, and operations roles preferred.
- Independent branch/regional HR experience in a multi-location organisation is an advantage.
