Role & responsibilities
- Assist customers in the application and maintenance of electroplating and phosphating chemical processes.
- Conduct regular customer visits to monitor process performance and provide technical support.
- Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities at customer sites.
- Collect process parameters, bath analysis data, and quality records from customer facilities.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection findings, and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with senior technical personnel to resolve customer complaints and process-related issues.
- Assist in conducting product trials and performance evaluations at customer locations.
- Monitor chemical consumption and recommend process improvements to optimize productivity and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and support.
- Identify current business opportunities and support the sales team in promoting company products.
- Ensure timely submission of visit reports,



trial reports, and customer feedback.
- Provide basic training and guidance to customer operators on process control and chemical handling.
- Follow safety, quality, and environmental practices during all customer interactions and site activities.
- Stay updated on electroplating, phosphating, surface treatment technologies, and industry trends.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Chemistry
- M.Sc. Chemistry
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering
