Position: Operation Theatre Technician
Hospital: Prolife Cancer Centre & Research Institute
Location: Market Yard, Pune
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the Operation Theatre for surgeries and procedures
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and the OT team during procedures
- Prepare drugs and required materials for SA, GA, and EA
- Handle surgical instruments and OT equipment safely
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection-control practices
- Maintain and check all OT equipment regularly
- Manage and maintain the OT pharmacy and required supplies
- Prepare OT linen and ensure availability before procedures
- Assist with patient preparation, positioning, and transfer
- Maintain OT records, checklists, and departmental requirements
- Follow OT protocols,



patient-safety standards, and NABH guidelines

Candidate Requirements
- B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) – Mandatory
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in an operation theatre.
- Experience in OT assistance preferred
- Positive knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment handling
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection-control procedures
- Familiarity with OT protocols and patient-safety standards
- Ability to assist anesthetists and the surgical team effectively
- Good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Candidates from Pune preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
