Role Description
The Senior Video Editor role is a full time, on-site position based in Jammu & Kashmir, India. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end video production process, including planning, editing, and final delivery of marketing, product, and educational videos. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, refining story flow, applying color grading, creating motion graphics, and ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines. The Senior Video Editor will collaborate closely with marketing, design,



and product teams, provide creative direction, and maintain high standards for visual storytelling. The role also involves managing video assets, optimizing content for digital platforms, and mentoring junior editors when needed.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including assembling footage, structuring narratives, and delivering polished final outputs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals and to enhance the overall mood and tone of each project.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, titles, and animations that support storytelling.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is highly beneficial.
