About the Role

A newly established University in Defence and Advanced Technology is seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead the development and execution of its brand and marketing strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the identity of a future-focused institution and drive visibility, engagement, and student recruitment through creative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated branding and marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Lead website development, content management, user experience enhancement, and SEO initiatives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, performance marketing, email marketing, and influencer engagement.
- Coordinate public relations activities, media outreach, press coverage, and institutional storytelling across print, digital, and television platforms.
- Collaborate with creative, branding, and digital agencies to develop and execute impactful campaigns.




- Design and implement targeted outreach campaigns to support student recruitment and admissions objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and stakeholder touchpoints.
- Support institutional events, launches, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.

Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, communications, or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, SEO, content strategy, and social media platforms.
- Proven ability to manage external agencies, vendors, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
