Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring timely and compliant financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.
- Record and verify sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up as required.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Support preparation of MIS reports and other financial reports.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.




- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Ensure accounting entries are accurate and completed within timelines.
- Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting software.
- Positive understanding of GST and TDS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of GST returns, TDS returns, and statutory reconciliations.
