Position Overview: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Dry Fish Division - GT ONLY.
- Primary Sales Driving: Responsible for consistently achieving primary sales targets across Telangana by establishing and expanding a robust distribution network in all major towns.
- Secondary Sales Focus: Actively drive secondary sales by engaging directly with retailers, ensuring optimal stock rotation, brand visibility, and market penetration.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing field sales team of 4 to 6 Sales Executives to execute daily sales strategies.
- Distribution Management: Oversee, support, and scale an established network of at least 50 distributors across the state to maximize reach IN 6 MONTHS TIME PERIOD.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain strict daily sales reporting for personal field activities and continuously audit the daily reports submitted by the sales team.
- Monthly Analytics: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly sales reports, performance reviews, and market trend evaluations to senior leadership.
- System Compliance:



Rigorously follow and implement company systems, operational processes, and trade policies across all sales channels.
- Preferred Industry Background: Candidates with extensive background and proven distribution experience in the Spices Industry are strongly preferred.
- Geographic Scope: Based in Hyderabad, Telangana, with frequent travel required to manage key retail hubs and distributor locations statewide.
- Immediate Joining: Preference will be given to immediate joiners who can step into the role and begin execution without delay.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
