Role Description
The Owner role at WebHopers Infotech PVT. LTD. is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. The Owner is responsible for setting the overall business vision, defining strategic direction, and overseeing digital marketing and development operations to ensure consistent growth and client satisfaction.



Day-to-day tasks include managing key client relationships, guiding project delivery, reviewing performance metrics and ROI, and making decisions on resource allocation and budgets. The role also involves mentoring senior team members, driving innovation in services such as SEO, PPC, web development, and eCommerce solutions, and ensuring that business processes align with industry best practices and company goals.

Qualifications
- Strategic leadership and business management skills, including experience in setting vision, defining goals, and overseeing company-wide operations.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, preferably in SEO, PPC, search engine marketing, and online advertising, with a focus on ROI and performance optimization.
- Understanding of web development, web design, and eCommerce platforms, with the ability to guide technical teams and evaluate project quality.
