Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement competency frameworks, skill matrices, and training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Design and deliver training sessions for various levels of employees across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness.
- Create and maintain a robust learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
