Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join Shoolini University, Solan as an Accounts Manager. The role will be responsible for managing accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, audits and overall finance-related activities while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

* Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of financial transactions and accounting records.

* Review ledgers, vouchers, invoices and supporting financial documentation.

* Manage bank, ledger and account reconciliations.

* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

* Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable and other financial transactions.





* Ensure timely closure of books of accounts.

* Oversee statutory and regulatory compliance related to finance and taxation.

* Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.

* Prepare MIS and management reports for decision-making.

* Monitor budgets, expenses and financial performance.

* Identify discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective measures.

* Coordinate with internal departments on finance and accounting matters.

* Ensure proper documentation and adherence to financial policies and procedures.

* Provide financial insights and support management in financial planning and decision-making.

* Lead and guide the accounts team to ensure smooth and efficient finance operations.

Requirements

* CA Qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

* 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
