About the Opportunity

Kish Hospitality Consultant is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – L&D; & HR for a prestigious 5-star luxury resort in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations and employee engagement activities.
- Plan and conduct employee training and development programs.
- Coordinate departmental training requirements.
- Maintain training records and reports.
- Support HR policies, SOPs and compliance.
- Work closely with department heads on manpower and training requirements.
- Support employee relations and performance management.

Requirements
- 6–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Learning & Development and training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional approach and good knowledge of HR practices.
