About the Opportunity

Kish Hospitality Consultant is hiring experienced Sr. CDP / CDP professionals for a prestigious 5-star luxury resort in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present food according to hotel standards.
- Manage assigned kitchen sections efficiently.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene and presentation standards.
- Follow recipes, SOPs and food safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
- Monitor mise en place and daily kitchen operations.
- Support junior team members and maintain kitchen discipline.

Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels/resorts.
- Solid multicuisine knowledge.
- Indian and Continental cuisine experience preferred.
- Sous Chefs may also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Good team leadership and communication skills.
