Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Relationship Manager to develop customer relationships, generate new business, acquire customers, and achieve assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should have solid sales, relationship management, communication, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and develop existing customer relationships.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales records.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation, convincing, and customer-handling abilities.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Candidates with experience in BFSI, Financial Services, NBFC, Retail, or Consumer Products will be preferred.
