We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is a people-oriented and commercially driven professional enjoy's meeting new clients, understanding business challenges, presenting ideas, and closing deals. If you are confident in sales, consistent with follow-ups, and interested in the media industry, help us grow our media business by identifying potential clients, understanding their marketing requirements, and converting those opportunities into successful business relationships.

This role involves regular client interaction, sales pitching, follow-ups, negotiations, and coordination with internal creative and media teams. The right candidate should be confident, commercially aware, and comfortable working towards sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Find and approach potential clients through calls, references, networking, social media, databases, and market research.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and follow up consistently.
- Understand a client's business, target audience,



marketing objectives, and budget before recommending solutions.
- Present and sell relevant media, advertising, digital marketing, social media, content, video production, branding, and promotional solutions.
- Arrange client meetings, presentations, and sales discussions.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, media packages, and presentations.
- Handle commercial discussions and negotiate deals within company guidelines.
- Convert qualified leads into recent accounts and work towards achieving assigned revenue targets.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to understand their upcoming requirements and generate repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for additional services through upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with creative, content, production, and digital teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and delivered on time.
