Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns through email for an international process.
- Provide qualified, accurate, and timely responses to customers.
- Maintain excellent email etiquette and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions as per process guidelines.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards while handling customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer queries.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills,



especially written English.
- Minimum 1 year of documented experience in international email/customer support.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in majorly night shifts.
- Good typing, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
