Job Description: Senior Product Manager – Business Applications

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and forward-thinking Senior Product Manager – IT Assessment & Modernization with 15+ years of experience, including strong expertise in the Banking and/or Insurance domain.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic technology leader who can assess complex IT landscapes, understand business and technology challenges, identify modernization opportunities, and define a clear 2–3 year technology and product roadmap.

This role requires a strong combination of business acumen, product thinking, technology exposure, analytical ability, stakeholder management, and execution planning. The candidate should be comfortable working with diverse teams and senior stakeholders to establish a vision, define priorities, and translate the vision into an actionable execution plan.

The role is particularly suited for a technology leader who understands the expectations of the younger generation of customers and employees, evolving digital experiences,



modern platforms, and emerging technologies.

Experience & Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience in Product Management, Technology Strategy, IT Consulting,

Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, Technology Architecture, or related areas.

• Significant experience in Banking and/or Insurance is mandatory.

• Proven experience leading technology assessments, transformation programs, application

modernization, or enterprise product initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing multi-year product / technology

roadmaps.

• Strong experience engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders.

• Experience working across multiple teams and functions in complex enterprise environments.

• Strong understanding of contemporary technology trends, platforms, APIs, AI, front-end and back-end

technologies.
