- Lead and govern the Change Management process across enterprise IT landscape.
- Ensure all changes follow defined CAB governance, risk assessment, impact analysis, and approval workflows.
- Drive Service Transition activities ensuring zero major outages.
- Conduct and chair CAB / ECAB meetings.
- Monitor Change KPIs including Change Success Rate, Failed Changes, Emergency Changes, SLA adherence.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements using Continual Service Improvement (CSI) framework.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Application, Security, and Network teams for smooth change execution.
- Perform impact analysis and risk mitigation planning for critical changes.
- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and security standards.
- Build and maintain KEDB and Knowledge Management integration with ITSM tools.




- Provide training and awareness sessions on Change Governance best practices.
- Support IT audits and BCP/DR governance related to changes.
- Strong expertise in ITIL V3 / ITIL 4 Change Management
- Experience in Service Transition & Transformation programs
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (BMC Remedy / CA GSD / ServiceNow)
- Experience handling global enterprise customers (preferably BFSI)
- Strong understanding of Risk Assessment, RCA, and Governance
- Experience driving CAB and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning
- Robust reporting, documentation & presentation skills
