Job Title: Procurement & Operation Manager

Job Summary:

PeeJay Max Private Limited is seeking an experienced Procurement & Operations Manager to manage procurement activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operational functions. The role will be responsible for sourcing raw materials and supplies, vendor management, purchase planning, inventory coordination, cost control, logistics, and coordination with Production, Stores, Accounts, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other operational requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Raise and monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Stores and Production to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Coordinate material receipt, inspection, documentation, and GRN processes.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain proper procurement records,



vendor documentation, quotations, and purchase reports.
- Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Procurement, Production, Stores, Accounts, and Operations.
- Monitor operational requirements and resolve procurement or supply-related issues promptly.
- Prepare periodic procurement, inventory, vendor, and operational reports for management.

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Procurement, Purchase, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
- Robust knowledge of vendor management, procurement processes, inventory control, and logistics.
- Experience with ERP/Tally and MS Excel is preferred.
