Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) infrastructure to ensure efficient management of software deployments, updates, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions using SCOM (System Center Operations Manager) tools.
- Develop and execute test plans for new features or enhancements in SCCM/SCOM environments.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for IT operations processes within the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in SCCM administration with expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale enterprise networks.
- Robust understanding of EUC (Unified Endpoint Management) concepts and technologies such as MobileIron or Jamf Pro.
- Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for automating tasks in SCCM/SCOM environment.
