Role Description
The Manager / AVP / DVP / VP – Wealth role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of wealth management clients, including HNIs, ultra-HNIs,
corporates, and family offices, through tailored investment and advisory solutions. Responsibilities include understanding client goals and risk appetite, designing and presenting holistic financial plans, and recommending suitable products across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, private equity, fixed income, structured products, and insurance solutions. The role requires close monitoring of client portfolios, regular performance reviews, and proactive rebalancing in line with market conditions and client needs. The skilled will collaborate with research, product, and operations teams, ensure strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance norms, and contribute to business development through relationship management, networking, and new client acquisition.
