- Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and ERP/WMS database records.

- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock verification audits.
- Track slow-moving or obsolete inventory items.
- Issue raw materials and parts based on approved production requisitions.
- Control material usage to minimize shop floor waste.
- Handle finished goods receipts from production lines.
- Manage product dispatches and logistics coordination.
- Organize warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and easy retrieval.
- Enforce safety guidelines and material handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness (housekeeping) across all storage zones.
- Ensure security measures to prevent theft or damage
